Description:
The bridgewater is located half way up the buxton road, opposite the m.o.t. place, and has recently been refurbished.

Also known affectionately as The Chav-Water, the clientelle is here can be young and chavvy, but it is a friendly place to sup.

All the walls have been painted nice and brightly, and woodwork is fresh, this is now a modern looking pub, very nice indeed.

There is plenty of seating, and a pool room to the rear of the establishment, although it is a bit cramped for some difficult shots, 50p a game.

There is also a jukebox with the latest tracks, but not the cheapest in Macc, offering just 3 tracks for your hard earned pound!

The bar prices make up for it though, 2.17 for Carling, and Stella weighs in a steal at less than 2.50!

The bogs are to the right of the pub.

A walk through the door confirms that the original bogs are intact, saved from destruction during the pub re-fit.

There is a nice p*ss-stone, made up of two slabs of porcelain, with two side pieces, and a nice gutter piece. The stone has twin water feeds, and shouts style to the visiting p*sshead.

The room itself is cream and white, with some tiling, and is generally well lit.

opposite the stone is a hand dryer by the sink, and a wall advert. There was no soap this evening though!

to the right, through a cream cubicle door, is the bog..

The cubicle is fairly spacey and nicely presented. the bog, all white, blends well with the white tiling. the bog looked and smelt good, and there was a black bog brush to contrast the white styling.

The wall mounted roll holder had sustained damage though, and those needing a crap must therefore use the roll placed on top of the cistern.

Heading out of Macc town centre, wy not head in for a pint and a dump!

7/10
