The Last Post is a typical Wetherspoons located near the centre of Beeston Square opposite Wilkinsonís. The pub is the old sorting depot for the Post office which is still located next door. The pub can sometimes get filled with the local lowlife but donít let this put you off as the pub is a fantastic place to have a beer or ten.
The pub has the same range of Wetherspoons beverages and food. The real ale is kept quite well here and always at a low price. The bar is the main attraction of the pub and is located at the centre of the building. The pub has great seating for dining or just supping your ale.
Now on to the bogs. As you enter the pub off Foster Avenue the ladies toilets are located to the right as you walk in. The gents are located to the left up a flight of stairs. The toilets are usually well cleaned. Upon my visit two of the cubicles were out of order. The urinals are a plenty in this toilet and having emptied three pints into them you can really feel the nice atmosphere from the bog.
All in all this is a great bog for a Wetherspoons and although you have to walk up the stairs is well worth a visit after a night out in Beeston.
Update for 2012:
