The Company Inn is a Wetherspoon’s pub located along Nottingham Canal as it runs into the city. The pub takes its name from the old Trent Navigation Company who built the building which was used as a warehouse. The warehouse is now used by Wetherspoons who have made a good job modernising the building into a pub.
Because the building was a old warehouse you can judge the size of the pub and it is massive inside. Usual Wetherspoons food and drink on offer here. Good atmosphere in the pub day and night. Be careful if you want a quiet drink with a friend on a weekend night as the pub blurts out loud pop music all night long.
After ten pints its time for a long Johnny Cash in the bog. The loos here are located up the stairs and then you walk to the far side of the pub, there you will find the ladies and gents.
The bogs are very posh here and are very modern. On offer in the gents are a choice of five cubicles on the left side and over six urinals line the walls. New high tech wash basins on offer. Make sure you check your appearance in the big mirrors that line the walls if your out on the pull.
These toilets are kept fairly clean and perhaps good enough to eat your Wetherspoons beer and burger from.
